Claiming to be part of new Vic Gov monitoring scheme. (Unsolicited call) reported by Rach
Tried to imply that the new voluntary scheme to get a monitor to monitor your electricity use was actually mandatory. Called during dinner. Not listed on the list of registered businesses participating in this scheme

Called and asked for me by my first name, told me I am entitled to "a free energy saving device from Victorian Government". I received the same kind of call just before yesterday amd told them I am on the DO NOT CALL REGISTER, I asked where he got my number, he hung up straight away. They know they are doing the wrong thing!
