I answered but didn't speak as I thought the number looked off for a Saturday call. Then after 3-5 seconds it hung up.

A woman called me by my surname and spoke of a government funded electrical metre insulation or something, she said “if you don’t know what this is I’ll talk you through it, I interrupted her and said “I don’t know, I live in an apartment” she hung up on me instantly. She sounded as of speaking from a scrip real or fake I don’t know but I didn’t hear any background noise at all

took them a while to answer and sounded like a busy call centre in background, didn't get what the business was, it sounded like one of those change you light bulbs calls, told them i wasn't interested and they hung up
