They keep calling me but only rings through for about 2 seconds. Each time they call the number has changes. (0731, 0732, 0733, 0734) Only left a message once which was 30 seconds of silence.

Same. Did not answer, but they were calling my "back up" phone which has a number that I basically stopped using years ago. Nobody I know still calls that phone.
