It took me three times to actually understand what she was calling about, very poor English. After I told her I did not to participate in her survey "Cost of Living" she kept on going! She stated "if you answer these questions we won't call you again". When there were questions I did not wish to answer she kept asking. So I told her were to go!

SIlent call? Nobody on the other side, probably some robocaller testing if my line is answering. I didn't try to call them back since I don't know the number... People did someone speak with real person behind this number?
