Looking to quote on energy bills on behalf of a supplier. Quoted 37% discount (off what, I wonder). Long on promise, short on delivery. Did not want to pay for call. Asked for my NMI number (expecting it to be a smart meter - it wasn't) and when he heard it was not one they could query he could not follow through.

I have received in excess of 100 calls in relation to the Solar Panel Rebate scheme not just from this number but from various other numbers. Despite explaining that I own a flat in an apartment high rise (hence not physically possible to install solar panels), and blocking each number after each call, I still receive on average 3-4 calls per week! Enough already! This is harassment on an unacceptable level. I am a very private person who only uses their phone for emergencies, so I find it quite stressful answering calls from numbers I do not recognize. The government needs to pull these companies up and ensure they do not systematically harass people in this fashion. It has made me very negative to any other call that may be of legitimate issue and I am running out of politeness with these companies.

Always calling me but noboby (no human answering me) and the phone still counts asif im talking to someone. I even call them back.. Message just says - leave your details. This is ridiculous!!! Why are these people ringing me and they will not talk to me when i answer!!!!
