A guy said that he is from Win Energy, after explaining all benefits he is going to give me, he passed the phone to another lady for further process. And the lady introducing herself stating that she is from simplicity Electricity. Both sound Indian.

Was nice to them on the first call. Wouldn't take no, kept talking so hung up. Called me 9 times over the last 3 days. Finally told them to bip off in no uncertain terms, then put the phone down and ignored them while they spoke to air. They called again a day later, answered it and put the phone down and walked away. Hopefully they'll learn.

Simply Energy telemarketer trying to score new customers, even after I said we are happy with our company. I had to tell them not to call us again, and that we are on the do not call register. She was nice enough, and I was nice to her, but even if it's something that I want, I won't buy anything from a telemarketer. I have now blocked the number.

Simply Energy. Do not speak to them. My husband ended up with a fraudulent account open in his name. They had his name and phone number. They had the wrong birth-date. When he asked for the details they said it was "private"!?!?! Reported to Ombudsman to find out how this could have happened. They said they investigated and said "there isn't any problem".

Despite telling them I am not interested in using their services for an energy comparison they continued to push. I even mentioned my husband works for an energy provider so we definitely know what we are looking for in a retailer. They still call multiple times a day. Blocking them was the only option.

This number must be part of the range of numbers dedicated to the same call centre - I can see more similar numbers of the same range 3909160xx reported here already, so far as I can see on internet with Vodafone Sales - data upgrade, customer care call center mostly. People did they call you with something new, new scope?
