Rings repeatedly and leaves messages about an upcoming radio rental payment????? Managed to actually speak with him and he said he was trying to find someone but wouldn’t answer my questions. I have not bought anything from radio rentals and told him to stop ringing my number. Very dodgy!!

They called monday saying I owed 44 dollars. I told them I had already arranged payment with radio rentals to be centrepaid friday. They asked what payment method I use ecen though it should be on file. They call again today (thursday) saying I still owe money. Well yeah it's not friday yet. They asked again what payment method I use and to make payment. I told them I have discussed with radiorentals what is happening and I am blocking the number

Update. I blocked their number and told them I would. They called at 6:30 on a private number. I answered and the lady on the phone was the same as previously today. She asked me to pay the 44 dollars I owed even though I have been telling them all week that my centrepay is set up to pay 50 dollars extra a fortnight. This company is pathetic and can't even wait less than 6 hours for their money.

Lady got **** I wouldn't give my personal details when I said I wanted to know the nature of the call first. I said no worries, I'm not giving them out, I am not in arrears so I'm hanging up thanks. She started "well actually you are" I'm definitely not so I hung up

I have the same issue at the moment. Not in arrears. I am meant to pay 22 a fortnight and actually pay 45 and she is telling me I am in arrears and the amount keeps Changing.

They called saying they were from Radio Rentals and ringing about payments. I said I was at work and couldn't take the call. Rang the general number for Radio Rentals who said my account was up to date and the recent direct debit had cleared, so unsure why I received the call.

They can organise payment plans and are easy to deal with if you just talk to them. They do have a history of coming to people's doors if repeatedly ignored.

They also call if you have overpaid and they need you to get a refund. Thorn have a policy that they can't have overpaid accounts. You go into the radio rentals store and they refund you directly.

Radio Rentals owed me $370 last year, I was told to call their collections department. I gave me details and was told I would get a call back, they never called back even though I called weekly. I ended up cancelling my direct debit until the credit was absorbed and reported them to the ombudsman
