Tried claiming credit card payment over phone for toll (Scam call) reported by Warwick

BEWARE of CARLOS, claiming to be from a debt collection agency and demanding a credit card payment for a Citylink toll. When asked for the copy of the toll notice, I was told they don't send them out.
