Advised is in India (slight language barrier) - I asked for telstra ID as I wouldnt give my information to anyone overseas it was given. Very forthcoming and I had no reason to doubt her. Believe me I am scrupulous with these types of calls.... They are contracted to gather the information necessary and set up appointments to connect our business to NBN. She had all my details already. Made three appointments and advised all about NBN connection. Had no choice but to go ahead or I wont get NBN connected. So far so good

Calling as Telstra to "confirm" appointments. Call up to 3x per day most weekdays. We have NBN connected and have communicated with Telstra directly. This number is not Telstra, it's a call centre. If they were Telstra they would know they have already attended 3 times to connect NBN.
