rang me and asked if I wanted a home in Victoria. I told him that I have one didn't need two. I hanged up. a minute later he rang again begging me to hear him out. I got mad and told him again I wasn't interested. he pleaded and I told him to leave me alone. then blocked him.

A man supposedly calling from Melbourne with an Indian accent, tried to get me to sign up to solar rebate, but when I questioned him he didn't know any information about the company he said to have worked for. I asked for a website for his company which he didn't know the address of. He put me onto his manager, who sent me to a really dodgy designed website with no information http://solarsmart.com.au/. I told him I was a graphic designer and asked him if his company needed any graphic design work, to which he said yes (hoping I could scam them back). I said did he have any more online information about his company, which he couldn't provide, but only that I could make a time for a random man to come visit me in my house and give me a presentation. This sounded really suss, and I wondered if it might be to try and rob me. - I continued to amuse him so that he thought I would sign up while giving him fake information, he said there were 2 offices in Melbourne one in Brighton and one in Clayton however I couldn't find any information about either. He told me that he was originally from Mumbai in India but now lived in Melbourne that is why he had an accent, he said he lived in Craigieburn, however he pronounced it Graigie like stage, when I said it was strange that people in Melbourne don't pronounce it like that he seemed to panic and hung up on me.

He knew my name and old address. Called twice and hung up on me the first time. He hung up on me the second time when I said I didn't own the property he was referring to. The guy said he was a part of the Victorian government.
