A female with Filipino. Knows my surname. Claims to be from Glen Eira City Council and asks for a survey. She restated her sentences a few times - seems like not very familiar with the statement. When questioned about the council, she hung up.

Caller identified themselves as "Kim" asking to confirm my name (I never do) When I asked where they were calling from they said they were from "Wuhan" and if they could ask me some questions about the cost of living during Coronavirus I asked which organisation they were calling from - they identified themselves as "Link" from Wuhan I ended the call.
