Text scam (Unsolicited call) reported by Be cautious

I have now received two text messages from different mobile numbers, each purporting to be from a different bank (CommBank and Bendigo). The text refers to registering a Samsung phone to a banking app and lists this Melbourne landline number 03-91125863 to call. This number is the same in both texts, which makes it obvious that it's a scam. I did not call the number to see how they intend to try and scam me.
