Harassed my daughter continuing to ask for bank account details (Telemarketer) reported by cilla

Daughter received a call from Public Outreach last night. Marketer persisted with harassing my daughter for her card and bank account details despite her declining to provide details on several occasions. Tried to call them to speak to management. No response. Left message via Facebook, as yet no response.
