Amanda from CBA securities said she was calling from the CBA advising me that a transaction from my CBA account to a Peter Williams in the US of $499 has been identified as somethign that may not have been authorised. She then went on to ask what devices I used to log onto my account and what the IP address of each is. I asked for a reference number so I could go to CBA and discuss it further with them in the branch and she got very agressive. I told her since she was CBA securities she could cancel the transaction and I wasnt tellign her the IP address and she got super rude... I told her I would report her to the CBA and then told her I dont have a CBA account and hung up.

Said they were from the visa department at the bank. Said that $3500 payment out of my account was pending and that they were calling to secure the account. Wanted to access my phone said they were situated at 800 Collins street Melbourne cbd. Called me at 845am Sunday morning. Could hear lots of people in the background talking. Could also hear traffic in the background. Mentioned this to them and they got angry and abusive

I got a call from this number. the man said he was from 'energy flyers' I think. Saying he was doing some energy efficiency service connected to a government initiative. I told him multiple times I wasn't interested and wanted to be taken off his mailing list. He said one of the representatives was going to be going to my address tomorrow and I had to tell him multiple times that I did not consent to this. Eventually he said he would not send anyone around but wow he was persistent.If I hadn't been forceful with him it sounds like he was going to send someone around to the house. Not ok. This verges on harrassment.
