Malicious fraud/phishing scam call. Spoofed Caller ID. Purporting to be NBN/Telstra/Microsoft. Call originating from an Indian scam call centre. Do not disclose or 'confirm' any personal or financial details. Do not give details of your IP address or download any software/allow remote access to your device.

I received a call (21 Jun 22) from this number claiming to be from Australian Cyber Security Centre citing an old email account that was "being used"from California, USA. Cited an IP Address that was being used.
Asked them to provide proof that they were ACSC but he continued with his "script".
Confirmed with the Internet provider that our account was not being used recently.
