This call centre is just offering free hearing check ups as part of a government incentive as it is a concern that people are losing hearing yearly and it’s become a increase. They were polite and friendly. I didn’t want to take the Call to begin with because have had numerous people call me but they advised that they only call once maybe twice a day and that is at different stages. Now I have a free hearing check up which I’m excited for because as someone who use to listen to loud music I probably need it. Not annoying or harassment, just wanting to care for people and give people a better chance at life. Had a wonderful chat with one of the ladies.
