I'm in New Zealand and received a call today from this number, it lasted about 5 seconds after I answered with someone saying "ummm errrr" in the background then the call cut off.

Just a heads up. This is the Victorian deaf society that claims to be a non profit organisation. Vicdeaf use an auto dialer to see if you answer and then call you again if you do. They can be quite rude sometimes and seem to have a hard time taking no for an answer. They also say they are local when they clearly are not being an 03 number. I'm not in Victoria. They also have offices in NSW.

Pain in the proverbial *. I made no contact with them at all! In last 11 days they've rang 14 annoying times. Set up my reject call with nasty message to no avail.????

Funnily enough....I answered...they didn't speak so I hung up. I've read the comments, I am hard of hearing at times...wouldn't have minded a free hearing test...but couldn't hear them on the line!! :-)
