Australia Post, Deliver mail, and occasionally lose it, and/or deliver it to the wrong address lol..., So far it's been positive. I'll know more if they find my missing parcel, or not

When ringing the number back, machine directs you to dial a the listed AusPost contact number. I have a parcel issue lodged not too long ago, so that could be the reason for AusPost contacting me.
