I have had 26 calls in 2 weeks from the numbers listed above. I don't answer them yet they still do not stop!

if you want them to stop you need to answer and say take me off your call list. if you don't specifically ask to be removed from the call list then companies that gain your number are under no obligation to remove it as it is an asset to them.

Better refuse to answer - it should be also a silent call (testing itf the number is answering).
