Rings from an assortment of phone numbers all starting with the same prefix but last 3 digits are different. Rings twice a day. Have added all the various assortment of numbers to "reject" list on my mobile phone but a new number always manages to get the phone ringing at least once a day. Has been happening for the past few weeks. Very frustrating.

Whomever Insuranceline has contracted their telemarketing to should have their contract terminated. The multiple hang up messages in a day is clearly about telemarketers meeting outward call volume quotas. 3 steps for mobiles: 1) go first to hang up messages. Click on top right menu (3 horizontal lines). Scroll down and select anything with the word 'spam'. 2) go to call logs; click on top right menu (3horizontal lines). Select 'auto reject'. 3) Call Insuranceline direct on 137787 and select any option which relates to you wanting to take out new insurance cover. When the helpful operator answers (expecpecting a new sale); say clearly and concisely that you would like all of you numbers removed from their telemarketing lists. I know that with the DNC list, it can take up to 30 days to 'was the data'. That being said, once you've taken these 3 steps, you have clearly articulated that you do not wish to be contacted. As earlier posts have indicated, they will try relentlessly from various phone numbers. If you don't recognise the number then don't pick up. Anyone who really wants to reach you for ligitamate reasons will leave a message. For all hang up messages, follow steps 1) and 2).
