They call me every Wednesday and ask for a $485 payment. Paypal say I'm in debt.

Tas Water has passed an account to these people for a bill on a property I no longer own. I have told them I want documentary evidence of the debt. They keep calling even though I’ve told them I will only communicate with them in writing so I have evidence of their harassment.
