This is a DigiCert representative calling to confirm that the order they received from my company for a SSL certificate was genuine. This is part of their verification process to make sure the order they received is real and requested by an authorized company representative (from my company), so they do ask you to confirm some details about the requesting person before they can finalise the order on their end. Not a scam.

Selling, presumed sale, ask for confirmation. (Scam call) reported by Jens Jensen
a "service" call, but ask confirmation, to complete an order for SSL, even though IO didn't order anything. Wanted to fulfill the order and needed oral confirmation prior. accent was Indian or similar.. didn't understand everything.
