I have received a call from this number a few times over the past few days. When I answer it just hangs up immediately. This may be Medibank's way of creating a call to you and claiming later that they did try to contact you, so be wary. Call them back and tell them that this number keeps hanging up.

I joined Medibank recently and knew I was going to get a call from them to "welcome" me and have recieved numerous texts to say i'd be getting a call from them the next day but it never happened the next day. It wasn't until on Wednesday I got this number call me. I rejected the call as I wanted them to leave a message, suprise - they didn't. Instead they sent me a cryptic text saying " Hi! You missed a call from us, please phone (same number) to return the call). They didn't say who the f they are so I didn't bother calling back. I HATE it when people don't identify who they are so I won't answer calls from people I don't know. You can thank scammers for that. I then got this number call me just now on Friday, I picked it up hoping the other person on the line was a real person who would tell me upfront who the f they are. It went silent for a bit and I knew straight away it was a robocall so I hung up. They can go f themselves if they won't treat their clients like humans. I don't have time to sit and wait for 8 mins like someone said earlier to hear a real person. I'm with medibank just for the insurance but do not want solicited calls thank you! If someone from Medibank is reading this, TAKE NOTE!

People did someone answer this number? I had few missed calls from this one, probably some call centre robocaller testing my number? I don't answer unknown numbers and they left no message.
