Couldn't make out what the person was saying and was hung up on. I think they mentioned something like getting a hold of my 'details' through <unintelligible noises>. Hung up on me before I could respond

Received call on my cellphone, I was trying to dig some info on the internet before calling them back but no luck. Here is similar number +61399173117 saying it was a telemaketer. Any experiences with this one?
