The phoneline was bad, the person on the other end was hard to understand due to a combination of bad line and very heavy accent. Also the call was received on Saturday afternoon at 4.30. Do those telemarketers never learn that people have private lives.....

They asked if I am the person “Grace”, and I said “no”, then they kept going “If you are the owner of the phone number I can talk to you.” I asked what about? They said they can tell you how to cut utility bills. First time from a female operator, second time a male operator, both in strong Indian accent.
