It's a call centre, asking for someone else. Then they hung up. I called them back a couple of times but I got to answering machine which said "no one is available to take your call". Then they hung up on me.

There was a pause after answered, then a noise (sounded like a call centre) and a male voice spoke. I hung up because in my experience that signals an unsolicited call.
