Looks like it is a scammer. The lady called was speaking in a soft voice but aggressive. I cannot hear where are they calling from even they repeated it. They were calling me 10 days ago as well, there was no voice msg left. I am blocking their number.

There were 2 missed calls from this number at 11.02 and 11.03 a.m. Once I was available, I rang it back at around 5.18 p.m. A man answered my call with very soft voice (hard to hear) that it was Silicon Lighting. I told him that I received missed calls from this number. He said that one of his colleagues might ring me. He asked if I have registered for something like LED Replacement Bulbs. I replied, "Yes. It was few weeks ago." So, he asked for my phone number that I used for the registration. (His voice was so soft that was hard to hear properly.) Then he said "I could not find your number on our system. You might have registered with another company." I was curious and asked him how his colleague could have my number. He tried to find my registration again from my full name and his answer was the same, "You did not register with us." After hanging up my phone, I just realized that he might be a fake technician and wondered what he could use my full name and phone number for.
