Claim to be PCYC St Kilda raising money via a raffle. Funny thing is 2 or 3 minutes prior to this call I received a call from 0399750156 claiming to be from RSPCA Raffles selling tickets for a raffle... I had thought it was the RSCPA calling back as the number was so similar to the number that called... Must be a private call-centre that 'collects' donations in the name of several charities, through raffles. no thanks... for a second time

Police Citizens and Youth Club (Non-profit Organization) reported by PCYC This is a real organisation. They have a youth club in Inkerman St St Kilda, Helping out youth living at the housing commission flats and surrounds. I have donated in the past to their raffle - they have 6 a year. They are pretty careful to give you details of their raffle and call back number should you require it. They send out a letter and it is all very legit. I haven't found any ratings for this number somewhere else on internet resources, which should be a good sign... Does someone have some experience with this one? Was trying also different formats of this number, but no luck. Probably some telemarketer, this number is reported on more pages...

They said they were from the police but I think its a scam because one who offers a car or holiday because they said they run a police youth program for disadvantaged youths but the thing is never heard of one. I feel a bit unsafe over this cause really who offers a car or holiday so i feel it could be a scam as theres no such thing as a free car or holiday without a catch

Hi,I received an unanswered call from this number today. I believe it is from the Police and Citizens’ Youth Club selling raffles as I normally receive calls from them on 03 9975 0150 which is within a few digits of this one 03 9975 0154. Their online raffle site is https://www.pcyclottery.com.au/ and I have sent them an online form asking if the number is legit and asking that I be removed from their phone list. They are very persistent and call often. I have purchased their raffle tickets before but I buy them online. I won't give anyone my credit card details on the phone and I block their numbers.
