It is the RSPCA calling re their annual fund raiser raffle. Should you not want the calls you can contact them on 1800 183 346 to ask to remove your details. Bravo to them for helping the animals.

No it is not the RSPCA ! It is from the Phillipines making out they are from Testra Australia, when you tell them to stop talking and put their Supervisor on they terminate the call ! Trust me I have had to block this number from our business phone landline as they were calling up to 20 times per week even after being asked to remove our number!
