RED ENERGY - they are a real company but they don't take NO or 'I'm not interested' as an answer. They've called me multiple times even after I say I'm not interested in the energy plans. Had to block them after about the 6th or so call.

Received call from this number who wanted my full name, address and DOB. I have specifically set a password on my Lumo account so I never have to give this information out. I was then placed on hold for 5 minutes whilst he tried to find the password to verify. Came back and said he needed to place me on hold again. I hung up.

This is Lumo calling you to convince you to stay with them because you recently changed to another energy provider. They call you then put you on hold!!!! Not the best way to retain customers. Lumo used to be good, not any more. Don't let them change your mind, you decided to change, so stick to your plan. Where were their discounts before you decided to change away from Lumo ???
