Asked for me by name and when I asked for his name he kept saying hello and then asked if I was having trouble hearing and when I responded no he said I said hello 5 times and you didn't answer then hung up. Rude, rude, rude..think he forgot he rang me not the other way around!! Maybe he needs to rethink his career choice!!

Not quite followed what they said or who they were. Started talking about gas but then mentioned electricity. Asked if we were receiving discounts. Asked if I was account holder - told them no. Call terminated.
