Compare the Market are a nuisance. I had only just clicked on "get quotes" and they were ringing me!! If I wanted a call back I'd have asked for one. Blocked the number and won't ever go on their website again

'compare the market' sounds right - I just entered my phone number into their web form - and it dialled me within about 30 seconds - hard sell or what ?
kill the meerkat !
this phone number has since dialled me 3 times this morning alone - and multiple times every day since I registered my details with them - I'm thinking to look for their website to remove myself or register for a 'do not call' list - these people are major annoying !

This number should be a landline from Melbourne - I haven't found any ratings for this number somewhere else on internet resources, which should be a good sign... Does someone have some experience with this one? Was trying also different formats of this number, but no luck. On the other hand I am not the only one searching for this number as can be seen from different pages... Does anyone know who might be calling?
