Coles Insurance. If you don't answer before the second ring they tend to hang up in your ear, but if you are unlucky enough to get to your phone they waste your time.

If it Coles, then they have outsourced to a company in south africa.
somehow this number got saved against my name in my mothers phone... so, i got to trouble shoot what was going on.
I was worried her phone and been hacked and assigned it themselves.
