At first a guy introduced himself. Was asked about the electricity and gas provider i am with currently. Then he passed on the call to his "Senior Supervisor" - a lady spoken to me. She start to introduce me new offer that i am entitle of. Start to feel suspicious and want to stop going further. She asked me why not accepting the new offer blablabla.. and told me she will pass the call to the expertise guys to talk about the new plan in detail which i can get > 22% off on my electricity bill.. Nonsense!

Call centre in Brisbane, all Indian staff that continue to call to discuss electricity. They tell you that you have entered your details asking for a quote which is total **** considering our electricity account is not under my name in this house. I've asked them repeatedly to take me off their list but every single week I get a call from them! If I don't answer, they just keep calling. This is bordering on harassment! STOP!
