Wants you to log onto internet and follow their instructions to stop the hacking currently in process. Gets quite aggressive when you ask them questions or decline to do as asked. Didn’t like when I stated they were the ones attempting to hack my connection and I’m not stupid. Verbally abuse towards me then hung up. Obviously didn’t like the truth

Very rude, incoming call then when put through asked what i called about.Told me to 'LISTEN TO ME CAREFULLY MA'AM' and advised that my internet and land line service is about to be terminated as NBN is now in the area. When I asked her for my name she could not give the correct name.
