Comparison service for health insurances due to premium changes. Lady was pleasant accepted had appropriate service and level for long time but wanted to know who. Was only part reticent as had already said thanks but no thanks. You can phone back (I did to check number), you can opt out, you can email according to the recorded message for the company which sounded remarkably LIKE the person I had just spoken to (??), however to opt out you have to send an email with your phone number in your subject line. Mmm. no thanks. Unsure if a fully legitimate service, has a number of sites for arms of service, a couple of pages found go to 404 error pages. You may want to ask the ACCC if legit, or search the Australian Businesses site for validation. Well spoken lady, Australian accent, call centre noise background. Accepted our decline politely however still siphoned for some information despite decline.
