ebay scam (Scam call) reported by colleen

Eric Willson (employee number 814430 - from 45 Market St Sydney NSW 2000, 10th floor) called saying he was from Ebay and a transaction had been made for the purchase of a mobile iphone 7, and that i had to down load the app from the Appstore called teamviewer quicksupport. this is a sharing data app to give control to the user of your phone. told me that he wasnt a scammer and to acceptand continue with the download of the app and give him control of my phone.
