advised that there was an attempt to use my Debit card, my phone number is not recorded on the bank account so it could not be a legitimate call

Supposedly working for Gov and checking eligibility for gov. (Scam call) reported by ChrisT

Guy called on this number supposedly working for Information Network Australia checking eligibility for gov incentives to help pay my mortgage and debts. I'm 23 and neither of those are relevant to me. I asked if he knew who he was calling and he deferred the questions. I told him I wasn't interested and he said "your loss" and hung up. Definitely a scam, **** deserves to rot, doing this to people during a **** pandemic. So wrong.

Person claiming they were from Information Network Australia. That's as far as I let them get. Its almost not worth answering your phone anymore because of these stupid calls.
