Received an SMS with my address and asking me to confirm if that is my address or not. It sounds like this: TPG: Our record shows your current address starts with "my address". Reply YES if this is accurate. Replay NO if a correction is needed. Sounds doggy to me.

I just got one too yesterday! I haven't answered it, sounds dodgy to me too. Anyone can say they are from a company - there is no identifying features and it looks like a personal number. I haven't had a chance yet to call the Help Desk or support - but I shouldn't have to go through the hassle.

Received the same SMS today asking for address confirmation. Tpg customer service confirmed its from them after checking SMS log. I'm still not responding to it & not 100% confident. Better to rely on them sending email instead.
