Regular harrassing calls at all times of day and evening (up to 8pm). Answers with male voice automated recording saying the call is important. If the call is important then I would like a PERSON to call me and speak with me personally, as I'm not accepting calls and following prompts on my phone keypad when YOU call ME. I do not trust this not to be a scam.

Missed call - who is it? (Call centre) reported by MikeOne
Seems to be some call center, I can see more similar numbers (all the same range - 04201019xx, just last 2 digits different) reported here already. No idea who is behind it, they left no message, no VM. I really don't answer unknown numbers, tried to dig some info about this number first on internet, but no luck so far. People did someone answer it?

Automated male voice said it was an important call, and told me I had to complete the call to avoid all future marketing calls. It then proceeded to ask me to confirm my name - and surprisingly got my name right. It said it was located at Dunham Bradstreet (googled this and found an American company called Dun and Bradstreet?). Next, it asked me to confirm my date of birth - 'our records show that your year of birth is ____ (also surprisingly correct), please enter your date and month in the number pad to confirm it.' That was where I hung up.

Most of the time no one on other end, but today it was a robot from some sort of call centre wanting you to complete a short survey. Claims they will only stop calling you when you complete the survey. They also have your number in their database but then the first question they ask is 'is your name this name which is totally not your name? press 1 for yes 2 for no'. Sounds like a phishing scam to me. Block, avoid, etc.
