This company claims I owe money for tolls which is an absolute lie as I have a linkt app on my phone that shows me any activity and has absolutely nothing owing. They ask for your information straight away. If you get a call from these people, tell them you are not the person they are looking for and that they have the wrong number!

Called, the person named himself as Imogen I think and wouldn't give me any details about the reference unless I gave all of mine. They thought to have my mobile number meant the claim was legitimate.. I mean really?

I also got the same message (Collection House and Auto & General)…and after one month, they sent me a message about 'my account remains unpaid and to call collection house immediately.' When I got the very first message, I initially thought it was 100% a scam as it was via text and no voicemails, or mail, etc...this more recent message had me a little worried, so did some research and ended up here... phew.

Sent me a real looking text saying my telstra bill was overdue and required immediate payment. Then rang to try to organise a payment plan. I said that this call was being recorded for training purposes! and that because she called from a private number I couldnt verify her as a legitimate caller, so she she meant another text to attempt verification. I then sent a text with lots of appropriate words and symbols! And i enjoyed it! Oh well... back to work!
