Kept calling and hung up every time I answered, when I called back they wouldn't tell me who they were without me providing personal details. No way I'm giving personal information to someone who won't tell me who they are or what they want. I spoke to a human but it was like dealing with a robot.

Asking leading questions of a 6 year old. Being dodgy. Pretty sure royal commissions and privacy policies are not being adhered to. Loudly advised my child to hand up as this is not acceptable to question a 6 year old. Ombudsman to be informed.
