Rude woman, kept trying to convince me to change my provider, telling me I was paying more than everyone else, then would ask me what level of cover I am on and what I pay per month... I responded multiple times that I was not interested, and she just kept pushing to make me feel guilty about my health cover choice.

I gave them at one occasion all info needed for the change then she said her time was up and needed to call somebody else (with supervisor in background). When she wanted to ask the Company to call me i said you have all the info and can do it now. Then she said only an intermediary call. So next time she phoned me i asked did she make my changes? The reply i incurred was:- If a person doesn’t take up the offer of a return company call or a transfer call then nothing happens. When i called my Fund they said “know nothing about it”. When i further enquired was told the best offer i was on and the dollar increases are for changing medical needs. “Next letter from them was for an increase in premium.” You can see nuisances who annoy with one call are charged for their time in employment. Busy people and scammers with nothing to do all day.
