Nuisance call reported by Lorraine

I have had this number call me several times this year,they never say anything & when I ask them to have the decency to answer if you're going to ring my mobile,they either hang up or just don't speak. The most recent calls were yesterday 18/12/2016 & twice today @ 7:30am (so obviously a eastern states number) I would NEVER ring anyone @ that time of the morning unless it was an emergency,down right rude!I think it's about time that the 'Do Not Call' registration Gov list,block ALL telemarketing if an individual has registered to have their phone number added,we add our numbers because we are sick & tired of unwanted calls.Whilst I realise charities make their funding by calling people,if someone does not want any charity calling their number,then the 'do not call' registration should do what the consumer asks,there are plenty of other ways for charities to get consumers attention,social media,(adds on the side) then let the individual make a choice whether or not to donate,I chose 1-2 charities per year,(depending on my financial situation) I do so,because I found in the past i couldn't say no to the phone calls from charities,I was forking out so much money.I have now blocked this above phone number,hopefully it will work!
