my caller ID identified this number calling from Touchpoint Customer Contact Solutions. 3 days before this same company called under number 0435 631 980. further research on Dun & Bradstreet website indicates this company is based in QLD - not sure what they do and don't really care - not interested so blocked both numbers

phone alerted me to potential scam call when I answered (via truceller). Knew me by a work email address from 10 years ago. Was offered to compare health insurance, asked who I was with, made up who I was with, I said my premiums were helf what they really are only to be told that was high. could well be a legitimate service, but I wasn't game to give my real personal details to someone who cold called me

There was a lot of static interference on the line and I couldn't really hear what they were saying. I think it was a female human voice. Hung up after 20 seconds.
