I've had 2 texts from this number, one in March 2016 - a SPAM message advertising Cash Converters, then the other today was in relation to a debt collection agency. Calling the landline to discuss, they believe I have an amount outstanding relating to Tolls. I don't think this is the case (I paid any outstanding tolls that came about due to a faulty toll tag!). He took my email, we will see what transpires from here...
