This number is a number obfuscation service, operated to keep both driver and customer phone numbers private for the Uber platform. If you get a call from this number, it is likely an Uber driver for food or rideshare, The purpose of the service is for obfuscation of the telephone numbers of both the Driver and the Customer for privacy purposes. If you attempt to call this phone number back, you won't get connected to anything, as it is merely used as a pipeline for outbound calls that connect you to your customer, or to your driver and obfuscate your actual telephone number if you are getting calls from this number it could either be from both Uber Customers (if you are a driver) or Uber drivers. If the matter is pertaining to food, it is likely the driver is attempting to connect with you, to properly ensure they are delivering to the right person, or house, especially if you live in a unit. It is unlikely that they will have stolen your food, they simply could not find your property, attempted to contact you, and then likely left it in the best spot when they couldn't reach you, and it was stolen by a member of the public. Please remember, that in order to connect with your delivery or driver-partner, you need to do so through the Uber app, by navigating to the correct food order or rideshare trip, and using the menu options to contact your driver.
