Recived the same SMS mentioned below. If you look on their website they mention that they contact via SMS and if you call their regular number it recommends using the number from SMS. Is not a scam, just the debt collecter Milton Graham (previousluy Dunn & Bradstreet)

Debt due to: CITYLINK MELBOURNE Amount: $34.72999999999999 Click to Pay: rchtl.com Dun & Bradstreet was sms to my phone, which can not be the case as my CITYLINK is automatically topped up. It's a scam to get people to pay for something out of instinct. Sane on them disgraceful bully tactic and miss uses of telecommunications.
