SCAM!! (Scam call) reported by Charlotte
SCAM ARTIST!! I ENQIURED ABOUT A CAR AND I CONTACTED THE PERSON WHOS IDENTITY THIS PERSON AS STOLEN AND THE OWNER OF THE ID HAS CONFIRMED ITS A SCAM AND HE ISNT SELLING ANY CARS. DO NOT GIVE THIS NUMBER AND INFO ABOUT YOUR BANK DETAILS OR PHOTOS OF ID. POLICE HAVE BEEN CONTACTED! His story line is he’s in RAAF OR DEFENCE FORCE and about to go to New Zealand for 3-4 years and wants to sell “the car” for cheap for extra funds. This isn’t legit and none of the number plates are matched up to the registered car linked to the plate. SCAM. He’ll show you a photo of ID but it’s not that person. I believe he goes by the name of Thomas Taylor and David Trickey.
