On be half of the RSPCA asking for money (Non-profit Organization) reported by 110.20.6.xxx

We have just got a cat from the RSPCA, started off by being a 'touch base' call. asking how everything was going. The came the hard sell asking for more money - "a dollar a day", wanted me to sign up for a regular monthly payment. I am happy to give money to charity but I hate to pretense of the beginning of the call.

Asked for my name, I said who is this then they hung up. The chatter of a call centre could be heard in the background. Aussie accent

I stay silent until someone else speaks, the call hangs up after ~10 seconds. obvious telemarketing system dialing out and waiting for someone to speak so it can connect to an agent.
